China Guardian crossed the barrier of epidemic situation
Collected and selected excellent pieces of art all over the world
18 online and offline auctions were held in the whole year
With a total turnover of 5.856 billion yuan
And an increase of 31 percent over last year

Zhang Daqian's Autumn Dawn was sold for 195.5 million yuan, raising the most in modern calligraphy and painting in 2021.
Zhou Zhimian's Flowers went for 148.35 million yuan, setting a new auction record for his works.
Claude Monet’s Bassin Aux Nymphéas, Les Rosiers was sold for 154.1 million yuan, setting a record for Western art auctions in the Chinese mainland.
2021·Digital Innovation
The number of new online customers increased by more than 2 times year-on-year.
The first "818" carnival of E-BIDDING was a great success, with a total turnover of 73.33 million yuan and an average turnover rate of 94 percent.
2021·Academic Achievements
The previews of China Guardian’s spring and autumn auctions were successfully held in Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities, attracting a number of 20,000 visitors.
10 offline lectures were held, 115 catalogues were compiled, 257 videos were recorded, and more than 1,100 WeChat articles were pushed.
24 live broadcasts were launched, running 3,780 minutes in total, and more than 10 million people watched.
Many art exhibitions, such as Important Chinese Later Bronzes from Rong Zhai, Distinctive Wonderland --- the Exhibition of Chen Julai’s Artistic World, Scholar’s Objects from Cheng Xin Tang, and Exhibition for the 15th Anniversary of He Ming Ya Ji --- Ceramics and Works of Art, lead the positive trend of collection.
China Guardian also held several seminars to discuss important items, such as the “Seminar on a large copper-red ‘dragon’ vase from the Yongle Period of the Ming Dynasty”, and the “Seminar on the evolution and innovation of flower and bird paintings in Ming and Qing Dynasties”.
